Agreement to Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HHF Hacienda Heights Concrete. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

We provide concrete construction services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to a written estimate and contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service availability may vary by location and season. We will make every reasonable effort to complete projects according to agreed schedules, but timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if project scope changes. All prices are subject to change until a written contract is signed by both parties.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise pricing based on current material and labor costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

If a project requires additional work beyond the original scope, we will provide a change order for your approval before proceeding. Additional charges will be added to your final invoice.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and securing any pets during our work hours. You must notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden installations before work begins. While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to starting work.

Warranties

We warranty our workmanship for a period specified in your service contract. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover damage caused by ground settlement, tree roots, improper maintenance, or other factors beyond our control. Concrete may naturally develop minor cracks due to settling and temperature changes, which are not covered under warranty.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow all maintenance recommendations provided at project completion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering an issue.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our work or the use of our website. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a project after a contract is signed, cancellation terms will apply as specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements have been made.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of any content. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
